Aditya Bipin Redij (born April 10, 1984) is an Indian actor and model. He enrolled at St. Xaviers and later at Symbiosis International University.

Professional life

After graduation he went to Mumbai and joined a local television channel as an editor and graphic designer. After working for a couple of years in Mumbai, he joined a concept group in Dubai in charge of graphics for corporate ads. Along with this he also worked as freelancer on post production in Dubai. He has not taken a professional course to learn editing but has made use of tutorials from the internet and has learned on his own.

Model

Redij began his career with modelling with 'Fashion week 2008' in Dubai, which was the concept of the organisation where he worked. Redij also headed the post production for Dubai Fashion week 2008 where he walked the ramp. He was portrayed in various dresses, ranging from the Indian look to a stylish look.

Acting

He made his television acting debut with a daily soap; Na Aana Is Des Laado which is aired Monday to Friday, the show focuses on female infanticide and the strict and confining rules of the male-dominant society. Redij plays Raghav in the show. He has also acted in couple of regional movies named Zabardast (Marathi).[1] and Jalsa (Telugu). Presently he is working for NDTV Imagine's show Sawaare Sabke Sapne Preeto.

He won four awards for his performance in Na Aana Is Des Laado and has been nominated for the award of the best actor in the forthcoming Indian Telly Awards 2010.[2]
